Very old and shabby hotel. Dirts in bathroom. Dirty flat iron destroyed my shorts but no one care from hotel. Asked for new flat iron and after 1.5 hours nothing happened. No shampoo, shower Gel snd amenities...
Hotel put us in wrong room (Junior Suite park view) while we booked and paid Junior Suite Bay View. Asked 100$ a night to upgrade actually to correct room. Second night we fight and thay moved us to Bay View Room With no charge but very unpleasent reception staff.

I would fire the whole staff! They are rude, lack motivation, very hostile in responses not informative. I asked for two packs off room coffee at ft front desk. She handed to me and then I said I forgot could I get some sugar packs. She looked at me and said very sharply is there anything else you need! I said no would not want to inconvenience you! The pool is not accessible from hotel (elevator out of service) have to go to lobby and ask the Grand folks to get you up. Parking is a rip off 50.00 a night. I could go on but we will never go back it ******!

This is hotel/condo combination. There was absolutely nothing special other than location and even that wasn’t maximized as you can’t see the water from the pool deck. There was supposed to be an elevator from the hotel to the pool but it was broken. You had to go all the way back to the lobby, talk to the concierge and get buzzed in to an elevator which only took you to the pool floor but had zero directions how to find it. Once there half the stairs were closed and there was scaffolding up. Then in the room, the fixed bottle of shampoo had not been refilled and I got the very last of it. I have stayed in much better hotels for much less. Try somewhere else!

The location of this hotel is not far from the cruise port. In fact, you can see many ships from this hotel. This particular room was a Junior Suite, overlook areas of downtown. The room is very spacious, and has a great bathroom. The room was very clean, and serve its purpose for a great overnight stay before our cruise.

I have stayed here numerous time for extended periods. I normal stay on the condo side, but this was a short trip. Cleaning does not care about the "Do Not Disturb" sign as the cleaning crew remove the sign and took it and came into my my room. Through away very important items that were related to my medication. Very upsetting!!
