Very old and shabby hotel. Dirts in bathroom. Dirty flat iron destroyed my shorts but no one care from hotel. Asked for new flat iron and after 1.5 hours nothing happened. No shampoo, shower Gel snd amenities...
Hotel put us in wrong room (Junior Suite park view) while we booked and paid Junior Suite Bay View. Asked 100$ a night to upgrade actually to correct room. Second night we fight and thay moved us to Bay View Room With no charge but very unpleasent reception staff.

Very dissapointed to have no hot water, not even luke warm for my shower this morning after 30 mins of running the water (both directions and still cold and colder). Room 660 and hoping that this gets fixed, I did not have time to contact maintenance due to it being 6 AM and I had to leave for work trip. However, I did text the concierge the issue and never heard back either.

Accoglienza minima, manutenzione minima, sporco e rumoroso (dormire é stato difficile, la ventulazione partiva a suo piacimento). Camera enorme con vista sul giardino, che si é peró rivelato un’aiuola. Grande pisciba sporca, sporco nei corridoio, lavori in corso ovunque e un unico ascensore per ogni piano (e per arrivarci dalla nostra camera ci impiegavamo 4-5 minuti. Sconsigliatissimo. Siamo scappati dopo la prima notte

We make a point to stay here whenever we visit. It's a great area with plenty of restaurants, a great park, and a grocery store within easy walking. The building is secure and quiet with great views from any room. Have even gotten to know some of the front-desk and housekeeping staff. China and Kathy are great!

L’hôtel est globalement bien, mais le service de chambre est déplorable, donne un sentiment négatif et ne donne pas une sensation qualitatif à l’établissement. Ce n’est pas le service que nous attendions d’un hôtel de ce type, surtout quand celui-ci fait partie de la grande chaîne HILTON…
Les aspects négatifs se portent essentiellement sur la propreté et le service de chambre. Le sol n’a jamais été lavé, ni même aspiré durant tout le séjour et les plans en marbre des lavabos n’ont pas été nettoyés non plus. Nous sommes rentrés deux fois à 17h et 18h et les chambres n’étaient toujours pas faites… Quatre dames de chambre pour faire deux lits, échanger les serviettes et recharger le café en a peine plus de 5 minutes. La climatisation est également à éviter si vous souhaitez dormir, mais les températures agréable nous ont permises de ne pas l’allumer la nuit.
Autre exemple, nous avons eu deux bâtonnets pour remuer le café à notre arrivée, puis plus rien de la semaine, même en en réclamant, car pas de stock disponible. Parfois nous n’avions pas de sucre et/ou que du café décaféiné et devions aller demander du café « normal » à l’accueil.
En dehors de cela, l’hôtel reste agréable, avec une belle vue, selon la chambre.
