The negative aspects mainly relate to cleanliness and room service. The floor was never washed, or even vacuumed, during the entire stay and the marble countertops of the sinks were not cleaned either. We returned twice at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. and the rooms were still not made... Four maids to make two beds, exchange towels and refill the coffee in just over 5 minutes. Air conditioning should also be avoided if you want to sleep, but the pleasant temperatures allowed us not to turn it on at night.
Another example, we had two sticks to stir the coffee when we arrived, then nothing more for the week, even when asking for more, because there was no stock available. Sometimes we had no sugar and/or only decaffeinated coffee and had to ask for “normal” coffee at reception.
Apart from that, the hotel remains pleasant, with a beautiful view, depending on the room.
