絕對不推薦這家酒店。實際入住的房間和預訂時的照片差太多。酒店前台回覆説，我們實際給你的就是像地下室一樣的房間，沒有別的選擇。第二天看到官網有同房型的掛出來，想要換。和代理確認過是有空房，可是酒店就一口咬定沒房源可換。但攜程這次的服務還是很不錯，特別為客人着想，盡力為我們解決問題，值得讚揚👍

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité des transports, du port, des magasins/resto/bayside. Parking privé payant. Petit dej possible avec supplément. Le staff était agréable le jour, un peu moins le soir où on avait l’impression de les déranger. Hôtel propre mais vieillot, besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement et de quelques réparations (robinet de la douche qui se déboîtait). Laundry au 3e étage avec 2 machines â laver et 2 sèches-linge (prévoir des pièces de 25cents)

Totally scrapped and obsolete hotel.
The service was completely bad..!
The amenities are so bad.., specially in the room.
Terrible housekeeping service.
The location is good to go to the Miami Heat game (05 minutes walking).
I’d not stay again.

Great location but this hotel is very very tired, with paint peeling off the walls & a small inbox with a key which was the safe.
To cap it all 2 of the 3 lifts were not working at a time when people were trying to leave to go on their cruises. It took an hour on average to get to the ground floor.
They fixed one of the faulty ones thank goodness - but still only 2 lifts working.
We ate diner in the restaurant one night and the fries were disgusting, dark brown and fully of oil. We both left the fries.
We will not be staying again even though the location across the road from Bayside.

房間設施稍微有一些舊，但是不影響正常的生活和休息。衞生很乾凈，住在6層酒店Wi-Fi不太好用。透過窗户能看到Bayside的摩天輪。酒店地理位置很好，附近很多熱門景點和餐廳都在步行範圍內。離機場打車如果路上不堵的話也衹要15-20min左右。總的來説很推薦，性價比很高！
