There was no one at the front desk at check in. We stood there for 20 mins, when a lady showed up carrying food and on her cell, walked by and didn't apologize for making us wait. When she finally started our check in the phone rang and she satrted taking care of them on the phone, making us wait again. A simple apology as she walked in and maybe a smile during taking care of us would have made me ignore her bad customer service.

Habitación grande, con cocina y nevera, espacios generosos y hotel en buena ubicación, caminando se encuentran muchos restaurantes y supermercados. Es un Hotel de larga estadía, esto lo que quiere decir es que muchas personas viven allí! Las dos primeras noches fueron terribles, en la habitación del lado no hacían sino gritar hasta altas horas de la noche, me enteré que allí vivían 6 personas hace más de dos años!!. Nos cambiaron de habitación y nos dijeron que nos iban a devolver el valor de una noche y aquí estamos esperando!! Este lugar es usado también para las personas recién operadas o convalecientes… no nos cobraron el parqueadero. La habitación solo la arreglan cada 7 días así que pensaba no tender camas en sus vacaciones no lo van poder hacer y si lo requieren tendrán que pagar un costo adicional.
