My friend and I stayed at the Hyde Midtown Hotel for 3 nights, and we truly enjoyed it. The hotel was nice and the staff members were very professional and courteous. The bed felt AMAZING, which we all know is what you expect at hotels. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful and such a vibe. Although we LOVED everything about the hotel, as it was within walking distance to stores and restaurants, I must mention the nightly noise. We had read a review or two regarding this before we booked, but we decided to risk it anyway. I'm not sure if it came from the rooftop restaurant (which I'd be surprised about as it was very nice and quiet when we went) or if there was a club or something across the street (it always sounded like it was coming from outside). We always looked across the street but never saw anything of the sort. There were, also, drivers who honked at people for anything so sometimes we would hear people honking at 2 am. I was so glad I took my earplugs with me. I would gladly stay at the Hyde hotel again if I didn't have to deal with any noise because I don't particularly like sleeping with earplugs.
