Brickell by Miami Vacation Rentals

I stayed at Icon and really liked it the location is great you can walk around and everything is pretty close the room was also very clean and looked just like the pictures overall I had a really good experience

Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations created by the listing. While the property advertised amenities such as pool access, a terrace, and in-unit washer/dryer, we encountered numerous issues during our stay, including a leaking toilet, non-functioning washer and dryer, a non-functioning range hood, broken dresser drawers, and taped windows due to ongoing building work. We also found that several amenities were restricted or unavailable. The cumulative impact of these issues was significant enough that we chose to relocate to another property at our own expense. The host was responsive, but we were disappointed that our concerns were not meaningfully resolved. Future guests should carefully review all disclosures and confirm the current status of amenities before booking.

Views were amazing. Bed was cozy. Great location. Parking was expensive. Shower head in master was a little funky it sprayed out the door and made a puddle out the door. Furniture was dated. Nightstand s didnt have ny way to plug in chargers. Sofa in livingroom was uncomfortable.

Room was amazingly clean but the balcony had cigarette butts and cigar butts on the outside stick in the crease of the brick wall and the rail of the balcony just disturbing with the price we paid. Also I paid for early check in to check in at 12 and my room was not ready and I had to wait hours to check in that’s very unacceptable like why even present a early check in area if it’s not gonna be available to guest. My rating is a 3 star and I will not be back. I also have the pictures of the balcony mess.

Property and unit is highly recommended. Staff that is used by this company, needs a lot of training. I happened to be PD and use my devices to communicate and with increased anxiety my movements become very difficult. The company was slow and difficult to work with and I do not request accommodations or special considerations. I do travel with a dog trained to assist. I do notify when I travel to be sure if I find

The room is totally great, clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the price!

There were more rules and regulations than applying for a US passport

Responsive host, great area & very walkable, clean and beautiful apartment, didn’t take long for elevators.
