Everything was cool, but the smoke alarm went off because I was in the shower to long. They did give free breakfast for the issue and gave us a better room tough.

Hotel super well located and all the employees are super attentive, friendly and kind, beautiful views, close to all transport, shops and entertainment. Things to improve showers, larger bathrooms and more elevators

It starts in the lobby, despite the good first impression, you are treated like a chicken at the reception.
Unfortunately, it continues in the room, there is dirt everywhere in the corners, there are stains on the bed sheets! The headrest of the bed is made of artificial leather, which was so brittle that individual flakes landed in your hair. Our room had apparently been painted recently, you could tell from the paint crumbs on the floor. The gap in the room door was just as critical, you could practically pull your fingers in from the hallway!
The bathroom was also extremely old, the anti-slip mat in the shower was stained, and you could also find hair on the walls.
Furthermore, the rooms don't have a refrigerator! Everything was very minimalist.
I have never been so disgusted by a hotel room in my life as I was here - it's a miracle that I could even turn a blind eye.
You pay a lot for parking ($100 for two days, even though it says $40 per night outside).

There were roaches in my room , i spoke to the front desk and they had security come kill a roach that was on the wall , i took pictures and made videos on Roaches running around my room. I’m also waiting for the manner to respond back to my email due to me requesting of 3 days worth of my money back. Other than that the customer service was beauty and the works were nice

It’s very old,very unorganized, elevators are old they’re slow they expect you to lug your luggage up and down 13,14 or more depending on your location flights of stairs. For the cost of a night stay, it’s definitely not worth it would never go back there again.
