No me gusto por que pague una habitación la cual no me respetaron me dieron una vista a la ciudad y yo pague una vista a la bahia, pague por el desayuno incluido y el Restaurante del hotel está cerrado y perdí el dinero que pague por el desayuno,
La atención de la gente del Front Desk pésima muy despota, no recomiendo para nada este hotel

Rooms are comfortable and staff very helpful and pleasant. Very close to all the shops, restaurants and parks. Premises do not have a bar or restaurant however there are ample choices within 100 yards so really not a problem. Rooms have

It is in a great area...Coconut Grove... great for walking and exploring. Wonderful selection of restaurants.
We also arrived in advance of check. I was expecting to store our bags but our room was ready so we got to check in early - really appreciated this.
Finally, the rooftop pool was amazing!.

The beds were super comfy. We were able to check in early. Close (walkable) to tons of dining and shopping. Very safe area.

Average at best. Upon arrival we found a dirty porcelain cup in the pantry and a cloth hanger on the floor behind a chair. No working restaurant and no prior notice that it was not open. One day no cleaning of room and next day not until we complained. Size of room good. Location, fitness center and swimming pool area very good. Staff not sufficiently knowledgeable about the premises. Several attempts to call front desk with no answer.
