很美的一個酒店像是走進了botanical garden比vizcaya的綠植好看因為很大（非常主觀vizcaya也很好看衹是我覺得這個的好些因為我喜歡大的植物），酒店房間也很特別，一切都是環繞熱帶雨林的主題，對面就是步行街晚上也特別熱鬧，唯一一點就是我真的討厭不套被子的酒店啊，他們套被子是兩張布被子下面一張上面一張，這樣很方便是的但是我真的很討厭被芯觸碰到皮膚的感覺啊！

Our time at the Mayfair was great! We were there for our best friend’s wedding. From check-in to checkout, the staff showed great hospitality. The only downside was the room phones not working so trying to call front desk wasn’t the easiest but they have a text feature and are very prompt with their response and actions! Jason W was present throughout majority of our stay and was always helpful whether it was in regards to the hotel stay and accommodations or recommendations around the area! Highly recommend staying here especially if you love a tropical vibe :)

We arrived at 8:45pm to check-in to the hotel and were told they cancelled our reservation a week ago. We received no such notification. They refused to say why the reservation was cancelled and they were neither apologetic nor helpful in finding us a place to stay. We were told they were fully booked. The only explanation I can this of is that someone paid more for the same room, so they cancelled our reservation and took the higher price. We worked with our hotel booking site, Ulifestyle Collection, but they were no help either. We eventually found a room at a local Hilton. Travel at your own risk to Mayfair House Hotel!

We had a pipe leaking from the bathroom that flooded the room in certain areas. Things happen we understand. The staff came right away and handled the issue and the manager was very compassionate and gave us a full refund on the room. So we will come back and stay here again at this beautiful hotel due to the fact of how Mayfair Hotel treated us during the stay. Thanks again to the staff and manager Robert. Kind souls all around. They care and it showed.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into the most magical place. Rich with history, unique architecture, attention to all the details made this for an amazing experience. Our bellman, Jason W, shared not only his knowledge of the hotel, but also shared unique details about the property and surrounding must dos in Coconut Grove. He gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ! We are already planning our next visit and can’t wait to come back.
