This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever seen. The carpets in the corridors of the hotel are old and dirty. There are many stains on them. There are also a lot of paper scraps and other garbage. No one has cleaned them up for four days. The service was very poor. I asked for an extra quilt on the first day. However, I called three times and the quilt was delivered twice. Finally, I contacted Ctrip to help solve the problem and the quilt was delivered. They also lied to Ctrip and said they couldn't find thick quilts. Everything was perfect at East Miami. The service was amazing! Staff was so friendly and helpful. I mentioned I needed to find a capital one bank and the receptionist printed me a list of the ones near by. The balcony was so clean and the views did not disappoint. I’m just sad I didn’t stay here longer. Will definitely be back.
