I loved the beautiful artwork on the building. When I entered my room everything was clean. There were a couple of small issues with the shower handle coming off. But the matter was quickly addressed by the handyman. It was fixed within the hour. That was fast! The customer service was stellar! Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed.
I will definitely book with this location again!

I had a bad experience due to the fact that they ask to send pictures of my credit card wich I already give numbers to ******* to make the reservation. But they insisted wanted the pictures of the sides wich as everyworld knows can be possible to be used as scam by whoever get it!!!

DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please be aware they require a full week's notice in order to receive a refund for a cancellation. I missed the free cancellation window by mere hours, and the hotel refused to make an exception. Most hotels only require 24 hours notice. I do not recommend and will not make a reservation here in the future. They clearly prioritize quick cash over customer service. That was my experience with Krymwood Flats Wynwood.

I was a little confused when I arrived as there was no office for me to check in, but then I realized I had an email from the property stating that there is no office, there is a code for the room and that's all you need. The room was small but it was perfect for me and my wife as we were only planning on sleeping there and exploring Miami. The bathroom curtain was a little short so water splashed out of the shower and I wish there was a window or some kind of ventilation in the bathroom. Parking was very tight as it is a small lot that can fit maybe 5 cars.
