Overall, it’s great
The environment and hygiene are good. The room is large and the lighting is very good. The front desk staff can speak English. There are also many restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area. It is suitable for both business trips and vacations.

The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. Washing machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave oven are all complete.
The location of the hotel is good and the surrounding area is safe.
There are many restaurants around.

I used to live in Miami back in the 70's. The Mutiny Hotel used to be a swanky and happening place back in those days. No more. The little restaurant and bar are nice but only a vestige of those long ago days. We spent 3 nights in that hotel because it was reasonably close to U of Miami Hospital, where a family member was undergoing surgery. The hotel was basically ok, but the $30 per day parking fee and the surprise "resort fee" of @ $30 really made it over priced imo. The staff was nice. Coconut Grove itself is no longer the fun place it used to be. I would advise anyone to just avoid Miami and Miami Beach, if possible. "It is too crowded and nobody goes there anymore" .

More recently renovated, but at the level of a four star property, and the check-in process was a nightmare. Had to wait over four hours for our room.

Second time I stay in this hotel, and I can say that every thing is nice : - helpful and respectful staff - clean hotel , room etc … - absolutely fantastic location - coconut grove is a very quite and clean area - lot of CVS nearby… - kitchen, etc is perfect for a family stay The only suggestion I can give is : the bathroom don’t have any hand grab rail and it s slippery…

The staff were friendly and polite. Valet was always available. Property was great, restaurant and bar onsite, but there are to many local restaurants to list with in walking distance. Great place for a weekend getaway or just unwinding after a long day of work. Room was quite and spacious.
