I love the Yotel hotel chain. The room was clean and had everything one might need for a short stay. The location is unbeatable.
We only had an issue with the freezing cold air conditioning that could not be turned off, but we got prompt help from the hotel staff.

I got there at 3:30. My room was not ready for over an hour.I decided to have a coke while waiting. They charged me $5.50 for a can. This was not Avery pleasant experience for the money they charged.And what was the $35 surcharge for? Robbery if you ask me.

We enjoyed staying at the Yotel Miami. It is located near the Miami bay and the hop on and off buses. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the big swimming pool, the whirlpool/hot tub and the gym. We will stay at this hotel again upon our return in the future.

They took a deposit of £27.97 I can’t remember how much in US dollars and never refunded the money. Nothing was said when booking the hotel room on trips.com about any extra fees.

The sheets were dirty very disappointing and disgusting. Pool area is nice but pool is small so gets quite busy.
