1.房間辦完入住後，和前台説需要擺渡車送去2棟，前台告知去酒店門口乘坐，到了酒店門口，擺渡車上一位男性工作人員説：你們自己走路去嘛。娃娃反覆表示要坐擺渡車，車上一位女性工作人員才送我們去的。
2.晚餐在酒店吃的火鍋，由於火鍋用餐是在户外的亭子，我們一位爸爸被蜜蜂蟄了小腿並腫了，告知服務員被蟄，並詢問最近的醫院。當時酒店沒有任何工作人員表示關心帶我們去醫院，任由我們自行處理。
3.房間特別老舊，沒有電梯，行李需自己提上樓，並沒有工作人員幫提行李。浴室水會從淋浴間流出，馬桶旁的地漏是高於衞生間水平線的，所以流出來的水無法從地漏流入，我是自己拿地墊一次一次把大量的水處理幹。
4.吹風機吹個一分鐘左右機子發熱就無法使用自動停機，需要等待機子不熱後再開機吹頭髮，吹乾頭髮需要一個特別漫長的過程。

總體來説是不錯的，乾淨整潔，有私湯，孩子玩的很開心！
設施：有點老，但是乾淨
衞生：不錯，帶孩子去合適的
四人雙次温泉:非常適合孩子，一歲以下都可以泡，上午去最好
歡迎水果:四個橘子~其他倒是沒有
晚餐吃的火鍋兒 價格略貴 味道一般

第一次的酒店差評就給到這個酒店了。端午入住，體驗感超級無敵差，再也不會去的酒店，陽光房收費931，請問怎麼能配上這個價格的？
我們這次定了3個房間，931一間房，帶着三個小孩子和兩個長者一塊入住，早餐種類不多，味道一般。
超過120cm小朋友去温泉池還得另外補68一個人，兩個娃補了136！OK，該補補，問題是你們客服人員態度簡直牛掰哄哄慘了，客人大老遠來了酒店反正也跑不脱了是吧？是酒店老闆娘到前台體驗生活了吧？
進了這個酒店感覺就是不放過客户身上的每一根毛，往死裏薅：酒店大堂小超市裡的東西貴到離譜；温泉池小朋友120一上單獨收費，我還沒見過900多的一個房間，小孩子玩水還單獨收費；温泉那邊賣各種烤腸，方便麪，湯圓，整個池子充斥着食物的味道，又悶又不透氣，簡直不擺了！而且，你那個是温泉嗎，就是個耍水的池子，温度還那麼低？臟得簡直沒法下水！水面上浮着厚厚一層皮膚死皮污垢，太噁心了！我們提出水太臟了，服務員居然給我們説一會要清洗池子？！合著我們不説你們酒店是不洗池子的？！唯一遺憾的就是沒帶手機把你們那個池子的水拍下來，現在想起來都噁心！白瞎了酒店那麼好的位置！
