Dream Apartments Middlesbrough

This is one of the worst places I have been I got charged by Trips.com after arriving the Hotel I didn’t meet one at the reception, I called in the designated phone numbers at 22:45 till 01:30 the next day . I didn’t get checked in, everything went into waste . Please don’t try this place . I didn’t get a refund from them they asked that I ring Trips.com for my refund . I was a terrible experience.

Short work trip away to Middlesborough, weather was poor but enjoyed the accommodation non the less, far better than the usual places my boss sets me up in! Handy to the centre to but couldn’t say much about the place itself as didn’t get to see it sadly. Good office space in flat too

First time in Middlesborough, another destination on my UK tour and another Dream apar**ents location. Love this place! The apar**ent was lovely refurbished and super modern. Had all the amenities I could want and more super helpful staff many thanks

I’ve stayed here for just under a year and although the accommodation itself isn’t great the girl on reception Paris makes up for it. She is always helpful and polite and has even answered after hours to make sure I know key codes and if everything is okay. 5 stars for Paris and 3 stars for accommodation.

I have stayed at the Middlesbrough Dream Apar**ents several times before but never again. When I stayed on 3rd October the receptionist made a mistake with the payment and I was overcharged by £11 (£100 rather than £89). I was told it would take 10 days to process the refund. When this didn't happen I contacted then again and was told on the 23rd October that the refund would be processed. As of today (4th December) I still haven't received the payment. The customer service at Middlesbrough is non existent - they do not reply to emails, they do not answer the phone and they do not respond to voice messages. The £100 should have been the deposit that is required for any damages. However at check in you are not told if they has been any damage to the room - the sofa cushion on this stay was spilt and badly repaired. The general level of maintenance has deteriorated since I first stayed.

I had a fantastic stay at this destination, the place was spotless and very well laid out in terms of decor , the bedding was lovely and soft and the beds were incredibly comfortable, the girl on reception was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the local spots in regards to dining and entertainment. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will absolutely be returning in the future.

I had a really pleasant stay, lovely and attentive receptionist who advised me on local pubs and restaurants. Clean room, comfy bed and fresh towels available. I’m looking forward to coming back soon!

Turned up an hour early and was accommodated to the best I could have been, receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely! Very clean rooms smelling fresh. Cleaners were helpful with extra things that were needed.

Worst place I have ever stayed. It was dirty, there were not enough towels. The bed had two single mattresses to make up the bed. Police were knocking on people’s doors…did not feel safe!! Staff were rude and unhelpful. Checking in customer service was basically none existent and there was nobody at the desk upon check out. It’s also been over 30 days and I have still not had my £100 deposit refunded, I have contacted twice with no answer as to where it is.
