"I can't rate this hotel high enough. We were booked in for 3pm check in, our plans changed for work and I called the hotel to see if we could get an earlier check in and they couldn't have been more helpful, we actually arrived at 7am and 2 of our party ( 1 adult and 1 child) went for breakfast in the restaurant to wait and then the staff informed them when the room was ready which meant they didn't have to wander round Middlesbrough with their cases. Fantastic Customer Service. Oh and I'm told the breakfast was excellent too."
