This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered in the UK and Europe. The attitude was extremely bad, and I called to ask if it was possible to late check out. The front desk said it would be possible to go down at 12:48 without exceeding 1 o'clock, but they changed their tone and demanded an extra 15 pounds. If that's the case, why doesn't it explain the situation. Check in at 10 pm. I can follow the rules, but is changing the rules suddenly due to discrimination? I want to have a cup of hot tea for breakfast, but I say it's not allowed to close the door and curse softly from behind. It's really bad

Good hotel. Clean and well located. Walking distance to the train station and central to the town. Helpful staff and a good breakfast.

The service was very good, got checked in early with no issues.
The rooms are standard but warm and very clean and comfortable beds.
The breakfast was good a good selection. Never got bar food so can't comment but the staff were all very helpful and polite. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, it is close to Teeside University which is where we had an event to attend.
The staff is very nice and a lady called Katie at reception even let us check in early as the room was ready. This really helped us as we had a meeting at 1pm and the room would be the best place to have it.

It's very close to the train station and the university you're going to. It's clean and tidy, with air-conditioning. The bread, muffins, juice, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereal for breakfast are quite rich. There is also a self-service fruit at the front desk. Green apples are delicious😋
