I just have to say I had such a comfortable stay at this hotel. My room was very clean and done neat. The breakfast was great. The front desk was very friendly. One person that really stuck out to me was Hayley she cleaned my room to very high standards and went above and beyond. She made my room to perfection. She also left a little note on my bed that said ”have a great day” with her little business card. It really made my day. Everything was fantastic.

We were disappointed in our stay. When we booked, we specifically selected ”water view” and the room was advertised as having 2 ”queen” beds. Although perhaps both were technically true, we certainly felt ripped off. The view we had was actually into the atrium where you could technically see the water through a window all the way across the atrium - a couple hundred feet away. The beds may have been bigger than full but were at least 6” less than a typical 60” wide queen. Since we paid extra for the view we didn't feel it was worth the price. The room out of that context was nice, but it had no complementary bottled water or coffee and at checkout we were told that was due to Covid somehow which made no sense to us. The walls were also pretty thin and it felt like someone was flushing the toiled right next to me while I was in bed. Overall it was clean and the staff was friendly but it was not what we expected for $700/night.

My wife and I are on a quest to visit all 50 states together. With this stay we completed number 50 -- Rhode Island! The hotel was very nice (as you can imagine, we've stayed at a lot of hotels) and the Narragansett area was a hidden gem. Make sure to visit the Narragansett shore and go down to Point Judith. There's a lighthouse and lovely scenery. I wanted to particularly thank the desk clerk, Makenzie. Not only was she highly competent at her job and engaging with her interactions with guests, she was enthusiastic about our quest to visit all 50 states. She was knowledgable about geography, something that we've found is rare in desk clerks these days. Especially since Covid, we've found that most desk clerks barely manage to get us checked in, let alone show some knowledge of the local area and points beyond. Makenzie hit a home run with her pleasant personality and her lively conversation. Thank you, Makenzie! You're one of the few who make the Fairfield brand look good. We see a bright future for you in the hospitality industry.

Excellent
GGuest UserMy husband and I decided to stay here for weeks prior to closing on our home. It was such a blessed time. We got our tiny home crave fulfilled, learned you don't need too much in life to be happy. Such a cozy home, loved the heated bathroom floors too. And everything i needed for cooking up a storm was readily available. And did i mention its very affordable when compared to other hotels?Yet very private. I loved the makeup wash cloth. The attention to details, quality of every appliance , that SHOWER!!!, made our stay at the Cottage very memorable. My toddler enjoyed every bit of it and I almost extended for a couple more days even after closing ... my husband and i kept saying, we'll miss this place!!,We've enjoyed staying here. How can i forget to add that Aggie is the best!! She's such fun to talk to and was very helpful in getting us situated. The day before we checked out, our older sons came home from Russia and joined us, the sofa bed came in handy .. they couldn't stop taking and posting pictures ...beautiful experience and Maria the masseuse is the best RI has to offer.
GGuest UserNot always so generous with my stars -- but, thanks to GM Par Excellence Kaynisha we had a great stay for our cousin's wedding! From check-in to check-out, Kaynisha (and her staff) made our experience seamless. Rooms were spanking clean and well-appointed; breakfast was not over until all who came were satisfied -- no breakfast straggler went without a meal. I had never before seen a breakfast buffet replenished at ”closing” time! Kaynisha is a ”local” and a source of great information; she pointed my husband and I to a great spot for manis/pedis (in fact, my French gel mani is still intact over 2 weeks later!) and for lobster rolls. Kaynisha has been at this property a long time and has direct experience in almost every aspect of the hotel's operation -- no wonder she knows just what to do and what guests appreciate. This was a great choice for family -- a good hotel value, kind and knowledgeable staff, good breakfast choices, a never-ending cup of coffee whenever you needed one and accessible to Newport proper. Try it out!

115500906888The view is good, but it is too noisy, the house sound insulation is very bad! And the ground turned out to be slanted, the drawer could not be closed, and the Bible drawer was automatically ejected. Hahaha!
圣圣热尔韦昂瓦列尔周勃The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants, driving to the beach and not far from several mansions. The hotel's swimming pool is on the first floor and looks great; the room is large with fridge and microwave, free breakfast, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, yoghurt, fruit and sausage, cured meat, eggs, bread, snacks, etc. ,not bad. The only dissatisfaction is that I set it two weeks in advance, and looked at the house price two days earlier, which is nearly 200 yuan cheaper than two weeks ago.
GGuest UserA hotel for more than 100 years... But the bedding appliances are good, not far from Revere beach and Harvard Massachusetts, it is very convenient to get in and out, and the price is good...
