Hotel is super well located if you go to exhibition center, 5 min walking distance. You can order food or walk 15 min to a close mall. Staff are friendly and helpful, 5 stars I had few issues with water pressure and needed to ask for help twice, rooms have no phone so you have to walk until front desk. Breakfast is also ok, you can have bread, cheese, yogurt, egg, fruits, etc

Even if the luggage in the hotel is locked, someone tries to open it every day. Laptops were stolen, and someone's coat and money were stolen. There is no surveillance equipment in the hotel. The two combined beds in my room were very uncomfortable for two people because the other one was shorter than the other, ontop of that the TV was not connected. I tried to connect it but its extension is short, it can’t reach the plugging area. Very disappointed.

Great place to stay,very clean,very friendly staff,top notch breakfast, i recommended it💯 and i will definitely be visiting when i come back to South Africa…and ohhh,it is a few minutes away from the mall of Africa,which is like one stop shop for anything that you may need.

The check in process was very simple with super friendly staff. One guy stood out for me his name is "Essential" he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were fairly clean and had a nice mini bar fridge. The downside was that they didn't have microwave ovens in the rooms, Essential sorted us out through the restaurant. The wifi login tends to be troublesome, I'd prefer they improve on that or find a simpler way to secure it and still allow flawless connecting.
