Place it's kinda tricky to find. It's between many transfer place and pizza restaurant, big golden gate where you ring the bell with the hotel name and once inside we had a hard time finding the floor because there is nothing (a map or something) which tells you where is the place
3rd floor on the right side (if you are reserving)
Staff were super kind and helping. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. No TV just streaming services, for me was enough.
The A/c is central so you can not regulate it from inside the room. Had a really warm night .

Don't espect other than a room, nothing else than a rooms for me this is not a hotel more as a motel even deficult to locate hotel for first arrival entry. Rooms as you saw in the photos location is very good but hotel in a building that shared in the third floor it's like an apar**ent divided to rooms.

Very dubious, unprofessional and does not keep reservations: A few months ago I reserved a room at the Sheva Boutique Hotel in Milan via ******* and used the early bird discount for 4 nights in May 2024. €580 for 4 nights was a fair price. The reservation was confirmed and paid for, with no possibility of cancellation on either side. Then in February 2024 I received a message from the Sheva B. Hotel saying that I had to cancel the trip due to renovations. I then looked at online hotel platforms and saw that the Sheva Boutique Hotel was being offered everywhere for this period with no indication of renovations. You could book everything unchanged, BUT for a higher price of over €1300 for the same period. I called the Sheva Hotel by phone and the nice lady at reception said that there were no renovations planned for this year. ******* informed me that the hotel would not honor my booked, confirmed and paid reservation and that I should cancel, even though there were still 6 rooms available at that time (?!). This shows that the hotel is very dubious and will do anything, even canceling binding reservations in a formally illegal manner, which is a complete no-go. I therefore strongly advise against booking there.

Don't espect other than a rooms in this hotel for me I see it as a motel, nothing other than rooms in this hotel, location is good near by Duomo restaurants near by but it's in the third floor on a shared building which very hard to know where is the hotel without instructions for first time you enter hotel, the rooms as you see in the photos it's good but small.

The room was tiny. Not enough space to put our luggage. There was literally no on at the desk for most of the time. Found a drunk guy passed out outside the lobby and had to step over him to get out. Bathroom dud not have soap in the shower
