Radisson Collection Hotel Santa Sofia Milan

A good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

My stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel was outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to the luxurious and immaculate room, everything was perfect. The facilities were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. A big thanks goes to the amazing reception team and a very special thanks to Ms. Shama, Mr. Abdul, and Mr. Ibrahim for their exceptional service, which made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for a luxurious experience!

Me and my wife have been travelling quite a bit over the years. We always try to stay in nice hotels. Sometimes a 4 star will do and some times we believe a 5 star is more promising. We have a preference for poussadas and paradores in the Iberian area and REDISSON BLUE or INTERCONTINENTAL elsewhere. This time we chose 5 star RADISSON BLUE COLLECTION Santa Sofia in MILANO, ITALY. Well it is the first time, since a long time, that we wish to express our admiration for an hotel that meets and beats all expectations. Reception exceptional with very friendly staff and a prosecco welcome. An upgrade for the room and an interesting location. The room was spacy, very clean, well equipped. The restaurant and bar was awsome. The friendliness of all staff was exceptional. Also the attention for our question to the posdibilty of changing the bed linnen for lighter and less warm temperature was met without any problem. Only one remark for improvement or slight correction. In the restaurant the qty of wine served is more than minimalistic, compared to the price per glass.....Funny enough in the bar area, the qty is very acceptable seemingly for a lower price per glass. Decoration of the interior adorable ! Will return and recommend this hotel that merits a detour

The hotel happens to have a great location for my stays in Milan and the service is always perfect. The rooms are clean and new and well appointed and I enjoy the overall feel in this hotel. Happy to return soon!

Stayed for 5 nights. Rooms were modern and a great size. Really comfortable beds and bottled water delivered twice a day. The hotel a small pool which was great however the bar was not open when I was there. Also a small gym in the basement Good breakfast spread and a small but nice menu for dinner in restaurant.
