DO NOT BOOK this apar**ent. Read reviews it’s a huge scam. I booked through ********* with no mention of deposit and signing a draconian gagging contract. Once booked a week before going I was sent a contract to sign and notice a HUGE deposit had to be handed in on arrival. The contract basically states they can withdrawal at will all of your deposit on a whim on the most basic of infringements. It even states in it they will sue you for defamation for writing a negative review! Read the reviews on line people - they do this. If you don’t sign the contract and pay the deposit you will not get the keys. I immediately tried to cancel but they would not allow me too. Hotels.col did not want to know and refused to help siting it’s the hotels rules. The apar**ent company then expected me to turn up and meet someone not at any business address and give then a huge deposit. Crazy. We booked somewhere else but tried to stay there one night. Arranged a time and no one turned up. The next day telling me they sent ‘Wendy’ two hours later than we agreed on email . People this is a HUGE scam. Shame on them and Shame on ********** turning their back on the customer and refusing to interviene. Do not write me off just as a bitter customer who has been ripped off, please google reviews on this company (both in Como and other Italian sites). This is a scam and a con. I dare them to attempt to sue me for defamation I have endless emails and the extortionate contract to substantiate all.

I strongly NOT suggest to book your stay at Italianway. They are extremely rude, disorganised and the service is awful! I’ve booked for my parents for my graduation day a three days stay at the Apar**ent in corso Como. Some days before, I’ve agreed to meet them for the key delivery in front of the apar**ent but when I’ve arrived and waited for 20 minutes, without any information or message, I’ve called the agency and they said me that the delivery was in Milan Central (15 minutes far away with M2 line) and that I had to go immediately otherwise they would have cancelled the booking! And all of this with my parents waiting for me in the middle of the street with tens of luggages. Of course the same thing happened for the check-out: I had to go to Milan central to deliver the key. SO DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE

They took my 858 euros without refund me, they try to stole money of my card taking money and saving my card information, this is a scammer company, don’t book here, now I lost 858 euros for nothing, they never let me check in, the receptionist in Milano Centrale was very rude with ne, they just care about to take the money, they don’t care about customers, enjoy my 858 euros ITALIANWAY!!!!
