首先攜程的首頁放了一張非常誤導的圖片，看起來就像在酒店可以看到米蘭大教堂。實際上酒店在一條小巷子裏，距離米蘭大教堂約600米！前台男性接待水平有待提高，女性工作人員服務態度較好。沒有人幫忙搬運行李！房間很一般，看着潔白明亮，洗漱用品充滿了快捷酒店的廉價感，刷牙杯是一次性的。床頭有一面鏡子，半夜醒來會以為旁邊有什麼東西！它甚至沒有被子，衹有一條薄薄的床單！沒錯！是床單！！！房間裏的電話沒有任何指示可以打給服務中心的號碼！衹能穿過長廊去前台尋找，工作人員拿了一條非常劣質的起毛球的，沾着別人頭髮的化纖被子，讓我把它放在床單上方，然後把自己“塞”進被子裏！早餐還是很不錯的！該有的都有，工作人員友好，除了一位年長的女性工作者非常冷漠、傲慢！

酒店除了乾淨地理位置好，沒別的了，這個價格相當於我付了國內五星酒店的價格住着莫泰。如果可以還是換個其他酒店吧，性價比有點低。
