Hotel Indigo Milan - Corso Monforte, an IHG Hotel

When we arrived at the front desk at midnight on the first day, the young man on night shift said that children were not allowed to stay in ordinary rooms. We did not have this reminder when we booked the hotel on Ctrip. I could only say that I should check in first, but then they knocked on the door at around two o'clock and asked me to sign a slip. They said that it would be fine tonight, and they would add 30 euros. From tomorrow, they would add 150 euros for a three-person room. In any five-star hotel I have stayed in before, if an extra bed was not provided, a ten-year-old child had never been asked to pay for an extra bed. Even if he wanted, he had to explain it in advance. What’s more, we are both IHG Platinum members and Intercontinental Ambassadors. The next day, we were going to go to the front desk to talk to the manager to try to persuade us, but the manager was very talkative and allowed us to stay as long as we added children's breakfast. The fear of almost sleeping on the street on the first night made me lose all goodwill towards this hotel. In addition, there is a nearby cooperative parking lot for parking, which costs 35 euros a day. You can park and pick up as many times as you like.

Except for breakfast. Everything else is not very good, especially the female staff at the front desk. The service efficiency is very slow. The check-in process takes more than half an hour. Parking is very expensive. There are many ways to add money. I have a bad review. I will never recommend it to other friends!
