Location is very nice - 1 min walk from the main street Gorgeous breakfast with champagne! If u book the cheapest room be ready that it is the attic and the windows are looking out to the sky, not the city

I love its location. Other than that, nothing fancy cause its an old hotel and their elavator can only fit 2 people. Front desk staff is rude in addressing my need.

Hotel location is very close to the castle (less than 5mins walk). Plenty of food choices around. Good for both business/leisure trip. Room is generally clean and comfortable, and breakfast served was of good standard.

First, my flight was canceled and I couldn't stay for one of the two nights I stayed, so when I asked if I could cancel for that time, I was surprised to find that the two young women at the front desk were very intimidating and had a really bad attitude. One is an Italian woman in her early 20s who wears glasses, and the other is an Asian woman in her late 20s. The attitude afterwards was extremely bad, and I was told that I would receive a voucher, but even after I asked for it after checking out, I never received it. Given the good location, the intimidating attitude of the front desk staff was a shame. In the end, the accommodation fee, which was 100,000 yen for two nights, became 100,000 yen for one night, which was very expensive. Also, I got a large room with a bathtub, but there was no hot water so I had to shower with cold water, which was freezing cold in Milan in January. Of course, there was no way I could take a bath in the bathtub. At this price, there was no toothbrush, so everything was disappointing.

The service is amazing, really. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is great. Walking distance to everything. Great place to stay.

The property is about a 13 minute walk from the Duomo and is a great place to shop and eat out. I've only seen a lot of facilities that are bad for the price in Europe, but this place is good. First of all, the reception is very friendly! The water in the refrigerator is charged, but the water in the milk package next to the coffee machine is free. Breakfast had a small number of items, but the real honey was really delicious and the coffee was delicious. Also, fruit and vegetables were prepared in the lobby (only during the day), so I received a lot of help when using the lobby. Above all, the kindness of the receptionists made me go back to Milan with good memories! Oh, but I went by the M2 subway, but when I went up, there were only stairs, so I had to exercise my arms.

A high-grade, sophisticated hotel in the heart of Milan. There is also a bus to the outlet from in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient. Also, there are many delicious restaurants that represent Milan in the neighborhood, so I felt that I could enjoy my stay to the fullest. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accustomed to foreigners, and they will respond smoothly in English, so you can rest assured. I didn't feel the anxiety or inconvenience of being abroad.

Generally, the facilities are old and the service is not up to par. The restaurant is very basic.
