This would have to be one of the nicest Hotels in Italy. The staff are extremely attentive to your every need. There is a quiet demeanor to the Hotel, that satisfys your every wish. There is a romantic opulence of a time that has since vanished from the present day that engulfs you to not want to leave. Centered in the heart of Milan, one would find it very difficult to find more satisfying and enjoyable accommodation than the Petite Palais Hotel. We will be back.

What was originally meant as a spot to ease out our jet lag turned into a massive disappointment to be leaving. Here for our 30th wedding anniversary, the room was appropriately romantic. Add in the wonderful breakfast delivered to our table every morning, and it became hard to leave the hotel. Topping it all off were some of the most wonderful team members we've experienced at a hotel. Elisabetta, Vida, and Alice made our whole experience even better with their cheerful attitude and excellent service. If you're in Milan, I couldn't speak more highly of the Petit Palais as an option. What was meant as the lesser of a three-city tour, resulted in some of the best memories.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel fairly close to the Duomo

Excellent concierge services from staff assisting with last minute reservations on Thursday and Friday nights. We were very happy with the restaurant recommendations. Very friendly. Small, charming and intimate NOT big, corporate and impersonal. Great if you like to explore by walking. We only used taxis from/to the train station. Many thanks to G for all her help.

Un piccolo hotel centralissimo. Un letto comodissimo, camera curata ampia e con una piccola postazione con bollitore e macchina nespresso. Bagno ampio. L’arredo è classicheggiante molto ricercato, se piace il genere. Servizio colazione solo in camera, con la possibilità di ordinare sia dolce che salato. Una coccola che sopperisce all’assenza di una sala colazione, di cui onestamente non si sente la mancanza. Unica cosa non comodissimo se si viene a Milano in macchina.
