Friendly receptionist who provided the map of milan and teach us how to get to the metro, good location nearby Milan station and yellow line metro.

The hotel is near Milan Central Station and metro stations.
The room and bathroom are spacious enough.
Complimentary mineral water and body cream are provided.
City Tax is required to pay at check-out.
The receptionist allowed me to check in earlier and explained about the use of lifts and room card in details.
The hotel was under construction during my stay, but there was no audible noise.

Service of the receptionist is great! She is so friendly and checked us in and out very smoothly. Air control panel is very hard to understand and it is not functioning very well. Mildred found on the grouting in the shower cubicle and the ceiling light above it was not working. Would like to have tooth brush included as it is a four star hotel and also to add one more panel for chargers next to the bed. Location is good a few minutes walk to the central central where you can eat a lot of kinds of food and also to access other places.

Great location, 3 min away from Central Station.
Room - great size ( room nr 12 for 3 people)
Service- very good, fast and efficient
Cleanliness- great
Amenities- you have everything what you need
Noise- a bit noisy from the work outside
Shower'fue to the poor flooring you will overflood shower each time you take shower

It’s a super nice place I’d recommend. It’s a pity that the outside if the building is under renovation. Everything is so clean, especially the washroom is so refreshing.

Location is good. Just a few minutes walk to central station and even closer to the airport bus.
Some renovation going on and maybe that is the reason of the good price.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

Really good hotel, even better than it was expected! Very convinient especially if you arrive from Malpensa on bus - it about couple of minutes from the bus stop or go somewhere else from railway station Milano Centrale. The room was quiet and had a venetian blind. The kettle and a small fridge were also in the room. So if I arrive next time in Milan I'll stay here no question.

The hotel is near the Milan central station, and there’s airport bus near by.
Hotel is under renovation, but it doesn’t affect the quality of service. The room is clean and spacious, staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is under renovation. When I checked in, it was around 2pm and desperately wanted to rest but the room was REALLY loud because construction was happening right outside of my room. It was ridiculously loud. I asked the front desk to change the room and the second room they gave me was a lot better. I personally do not understand why they charge you full price when the hotel is under construction. There should be some kind of advantages to customers when the hotel is going under construction..
The room was small and clean. It was clean but I can tell air wasn’t. The mattress was terrible also. Right side of the mattress was a bit sagging. It was obvious that the customers were sleeping on the right side of the mattress more often.. it was sagging on the right side. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and definitely would’ve moved if it was free cancellation.
Front desk staffs were very friendly and supportive. However I do not see this hotel as 4 star hotel.
