Expensive and barely adequate. Milan is very expensive so this seems a reasonable price but there are issues. The rooms are tiny, particularly the bathroom and shower. You will not fit if over 70kg! Room was cold and the room controls do nothing at all. Very busy road so extremely noisy especially at night. There is a room fridge and the TV has lots of channels but only 5 not in Italian. The breakfast is simple continental with no hot options and not very varied. The staff are friendly and do try to respond to issues. The breakfast lady was very pleasant and helpful. The positioning is good with easy walking/tram to the main sights. 20 mins walk from Cenacolo and 30 from Duomo. Tram 10 mins to Navigli I guess you get what you pay for?

numerose le pecche igieniche. tutto molto vecchio, dagli arredi rifiniture. camera matrimoniale uso singolo talmente piccola da essere quasi infungibile, specie in bagno ed in particolare per la doccia. pessima location - fronte carcere di san vittore - difficile parcheggiare. zona pericolosa per le auto in sosta. insopportabili i rumori. climatizzazione assente, spero non per scelta.

Excellent option, close to the center of Milan and with quick and easy access by metro, without paying the prices of hotels in the center. Very good breakfast. Friendly and very attentive staff. The only drawback is the minimum size of the shower box, making showering uncomfortable. The food, clothing and toy fair that takes place on some days near the hotel is very good. Good place to buy cheaper cold weather clothes.
