Check the area before booking. The room is too small. The lights in the room suddenly turned on. All facilities are average. The location is okay. Suitable for low-income people and people with sleep insensitivity. Overall dissatisfied.

4-star price hotel🏨...I just think it's a 3-star service...The location is not particularly good.
However, there are good restaurants nearby.
Hotel staff is super inefficient..
There is noise in the room. Ask the hotel to deal with it. Waiting for an hour to deal with it...Can't deal with it. There are many excuses.
The overall service is not very good. It doesn't feel like a four-star hotel at all.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the housekeeping is clean

A fuir ! Nous avons payé une chambre supérieure , nous avons eu une chambre standard ! Ils ont refusé de nous donner la chambre supérieure sous prétexte que nous avons payé moins cher que leur site ! Le personnel manque de professionnalisme !

El misterio de las cuatro estrellas de este hotel: cómo es posible con esa decoración como de 1981, las habitaciones tan básicas que no tienen ni un vaso de cristal para que te bebas el agua y unas instalaciones precarias. Ruidoso, anticuado, con un desayuno tristísimo, no volveré. Y que me expliquen cómo los alumnos de un viaje de estudios se alojan en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. ¿Será que en realidad no son cuatro?

I stayed there for 4 nights in Milan and it was the worst four nights of my life. The host was EXTREMELY UNWELCOMING and yelled at me if I asked any questions. The worst part was that I found BED BUGS on the best and then they gave me another room and that’s where I found bed bug poop and get bitten even more. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! now all of my belongings and my house are exposed to bed bugs and I’m in great distress during the holidays. Please stay away!!!!!!
