⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Hotel, Great Location – Don’t Let the Bed Bug Comment Scare You! At first, I was a bit unsure after seeing a review mentioning bed bugs — but honestly, I think that may have just been a one-off or a disgruntled guest. Everyone gets them! Personally, I had no issues at all. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I didn’t make it to breakfast during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse one morning on my way out — and it looked absolutely delicious. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The only minor letdown was that the safe wasn’t working — we were told it would be fixed, but unfortunately it wasn’t during our stay. Other than that, everything else was spot on. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff — they did a fantastic job.

TLDR; find another hotel. The room is stifling and the air conditioning has never worked. Even if you turn it to the coolest temperature, it only gives out heat. We told the hotel staff after the first night, they seemed to check it but was never came back with an answer if the AC is working properly or not. We had to open the windows to let the cool air in all nights. They provide all-in-one shampoo and shower gel. However, the one in our room was mixed with water, and it is watery. It is with subpar quality and you can’t realistically clean any part of your body with it. Better bring your own toiletries if you are staying here. Most importantly, be aware of the guest book that they put it on a QR code. From there, it showed a price list of the minibar. Water is not included in the list, and we thought they are complimentary. However, when we checked out, we were charged 23€ for the minibar. Even though if water is one of the “soft drinks”, it says it is 2€ each. The staff said that the price list from the guest book is not updated, all soft drinks should be 3€ now. They did apologise that water is not included in the list but they still made us to pay. I personally think it is quite dishonest and unfair for a hotel to have a not-updated, non-completed list, and then ask the guests to pay what is not on the list. The cleaning staff is nice though. The hotel is also quite close to Republicca station. I would suggest ones to choose a better place to stay, instead of here.

Hotel was good and clean but quite small. Shower space is super tiny! I’m super tiny already and couldn’t shower properly, can’t imagine bigger size person to use the shower space. Other than that it was ok and the staff were friendly

Everything is Ok, except towels are dirty, don’t understand why?

The room smelled like mold, I asked for a refund and it was denied. Stuck paying for 2 nights and I ended switching hotels. Terrible customer service. Also the wifi didn’t work.
