It was a clean hotel.
It was a normal room in a good sense, both in terms of location and food.
There was a station and a tourist area nearby so I enjoyed it.

This was a Hotel that should not be allowed to call itself "Boutique"..!
It was like a (dirty) student corridor with shabby rooms; the parquet had dirt and traces of many people walking on it. The paint on the walls in the bathroom was peeling in several places and the floor in the shower was dirty and filthy.
The air conditioning did not work and you had to turn off all the elements and open the windows to get air - then you unfortunately had to put up with noise from the courtyard..

It was a good stay.
The reception is not 24 hours, you keep your room key (which opens the main door of the building, the hotel door and the room door) and you are at ease.

This hotel has great location. In a great area for shopping, food, and the landmarks. The rooms are standard and our bathroom was not the best. They should tile the bathrooms and water proof the showers to avoid the wall rot we had in our bathroom. Other than that the room was clean. Our fridge did not work either. It was hot in there, would not recommend leaving food. The tv was small and no channels in English.

The strong point of this hotel is the location. But it seriously needs a renovation especially for the price per night. Cleanliness is average. Very very small room, barely able to open your suitcase. The bathroom needs to be refreshed. It’s a shame because the location is great, just a few steps from the Duemo.
I read that some people pay up to 400€ per night, it is not worth it for this hotel.
On the other hand, in the event of renovation it would be correct.
Good for one night but not more.

This hotel is small, clean and very, very well located. All the negative reviews about the train noise are extremely overblown. If you are extremely sensitive and actively looking for reasons to be dissatisfied then the occasional train noise will suffice. Otherwise for the price this is a good option. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel??? Boutique??? Don't be fooled by the photos because the only positive thing is the proximity to the Duomo. Tiny room, no soundproofing (it felt like sleeping on the street), not to mention the bathroom... after the shower the water reached the room. Paint splatters on the radiator and all the walls. In many places the post-painting adhesive paper was not removed. A b&b for 270 euros per night without breakfast. Terrible
