I don't know which party is responsible. It is obvious that I chose a double bed and two breakfasts when I booked the room. The price has also been paid for the double bed and the double breakfast. The hotel has clearly seen better days. Sorry to say but this is the worst Sheraton property I've stayed in, and I am a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. While it is near a metro station, it is very far from the main circulation of Milan (Duomo). Breakfast is not good and there is only one lift for the entire hotel so I saw guests going up and down the stairs as waiting time is long. The worst part of my stay is my room's AC was not functioning and so they gave me an electric fan (!). I checked in late, 10 pm, but nobody cared all this time to check if the room was ready for a guest to stay in. Never coming back and will not be recommending the property to colleagues.

We spent three very pleasant nights, we had a double room with a terrace overlooking the inner garden. There was a very varied breakfast included and served by friendly and helpful staff. The reception staff were also friendly and professional and helped us on two occasions. Firstly, they provided us with a toothbrush that we had forgotten to bring and another day at the end of the afternoon, exhausted and without the strength to look for a restaurant for dinner, after a call a few minutes later we had a reservation in a place that was a great success. It has a lounge next to the garden where you can sit and relax away from the noise of the street. It also has a tram stop in front of the hotel so you can't leave Milan without trying it.
