The worst customer service, they locked us outside the property because I forgot to pay a 10 euro taxes, it was freezing and after midnight, they kept us outside for almost 1.5 hour, the lady I spoke to hang up the phone in my face, after getting inside there was no heat and cold water, I took a shower in cold water after freezing outside because we were locked outside, these people are a scam and I don’t recommend anyone to go there

The reason I booked this is I had stayed in 2016 and liked it very much. The location is quite good. However, this time my experience was quite different. No human present to assist whatsoever: only way to communicate was via text or email. The decor was exactly the same except extremely worn and tired: the walls were badly marred, lights in the bathroom did not work and were not fixed even though I asked. The only footstool in the TV area was broken. (It was replaced by two tiny cubes)The A/C was turned off, so the room was quite warm. No facility amenities like an ice machine. To their credit, there is a laundry. I could not recommend it.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds but checking in was awful since there is no concierge desk. Took them 30 minutes to send me a code to open the main door while we waited outside in the cold. Servers at the cafe seem to know nothing about allergens either.
