We booked at the king mokinba hotel and were very happy to think that we were going to be central to everything tourist in Milan, when we arrived, the surprise that they had prepared for us with the hope of enjoying a few days in this city, they told us that they were sending us to their other Milan hotel “Baviera mokinba” because this one had a problem and they did not have rooms available, the supposed hotel was much further from the center on foot and thinking that we did not have to take public transportation they forced us to do it every day, paying for it ourselves. They did not have any details after the inconvenience (giving us transportation or inviting us to a buffet breakfast since we had not booked it) the least they should have done was notify us before our arrival at the hotel at least a day before and we were not happy By not doing so, they did not show any deference to this inconvenience. My mobility was reduced due to a discomfort in one foot that prevented me from walking much, so we paid for a more central (more expensive) hotel and in the end they accommodated us in another. A shame and an extra expense on my trip that was not my responsibility, really.

This time, when I booked this hotel, the hotel payment option was paid immediately. Thanks to this, it was very difficult to settle the travel expenses because it was so complicated. The desk was incredibly unfriendly, and no matter how much I explained on site, no one would listen. This was in contrast to the people who stayed at other hotels nearby who had a very comfortable stay. I sincerely do not want to stay again. Please be sure to delete on-site payment from the options before operating. It's not because people who pay more and choose the on-site payment option are stupid, it's because they do it for a good reason. Even though you showed up at the check-in time and didn't show up, are you still insisting on paying with a deposit card?

Clearly, the option says ‘Pay at accommodation’. Please check your voucher now. The hotel fee was paid with a deposit card because the desk insisted that the payment had already been made. I need to settle the travel expenses, but I'm really embarrassed because the payment was made using my personal card that made the reservation. If this were to be the case, wouldn't there be a reason to choose a more expensive hotel payment option? Even the Trip.com customer service center confirmed that this was a deposit, but I asked several people here and they insisted until the end. This is the end of unkindness.

The transportation is convenient, because it's next to the street, it's a bit noisy, breakfast is ok

The location of the hotel is very good, 10 minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, the basic room type is very small, the windows are also very small, it can barely accommodate people. You have to pay for breakfast yourself, 12euro, and there are not many things to eat.

emplacement super, dommage que l'insonorisation soit médiocre. On entendait tout de la chambre voisine.

Thankfully, as the guest speaker of an International conference, I didn't have to pay for this embassment of a hotel. The room was supposedly one of its largest(?) and yet it only had a double bed and a chair. Though there was plenty of space for it, there was no comfortable furniture upon which to sit, relax, and talk. My wife had to use the single chair to put her open luggage on, I put mine on the closet floor. Upon late checkin because of flight delay, there was no mention of breakfast (7:00- 9:30) by the "unwelcoming" desk clerk. Thus, we missed it by 20 minutes when we finally came down stairs. This was on average the worst host behavior of any place at which we've stayed in decades. The chairs of the International conference profusely apologized for how dreadful it was. We felt terrible for them. We paid an extra 20 euros per hour for a two hour extended checkout - 40 euros! When we were 15 minutes further delayed by the conference, all our possessions had been moved to the lobby without our being able to conduct a final check of the room. We are now discovering where we are staying in Verona, some things are missing which we evidently hadn't finished packing. Nothing of value, but just emblematic of the "eviction" without notice attitude of this terrible hotel. This is the worst hotel experience ever! Looking at the review ratings, they are largely quite bad. It is hard to imagine anyone who did give even a remotely decent review having ever had quality experiences in hotel travel. There must be a minimum attention given to quality no matter what level of price range the hotel's rooms are set at. Meanwhile, decency in service is priceless. In the hospitality business, it must be the bare minimum!!
