The location is very good, with trams and buses just outside the door, and very close to the Duomo attraction in the city center. The room is of medium size and very quiet. The owner is Chinese and very nice. Only the bathing area is a bit small, recommended!

Friendly but confused staff, it seems like they don't know what to do, not very profesional. Twice I booked the night, I had included breakfast and they followed me to say that I had to pay and then obviously they made a mistake and made excuses! They need to improve!!! Embarrassing!

Great little hotel. Really functional no frills very friendly place. Tram stops into centre on the doorstep .Breakfast above average continental . Would definitely stay again.
Don’t be put off by the approach leading to it!!! Very pleasantly surprised

We were here for one of the Coldplay concerts from Sunday to Tuesday. The hotel is in an excellent area away from the usual chaos and in any case well served by tram 14 and not far from Viale Certosa, easily reachable on foot. The rooms are well-kept and nice and fresh with air conditioning and ceiling fan. If you are a light sleeper, pay attention to the rooms facing the street that passes under the tram. Otherwise very friendly staff. Overall satisfied👍

Good 2 star hotel which saved the day for us. We hadn't booked a hotel before arriving and this was the only one we found for 3 nights within our budget. The staff is really friendly and smiling. We were very well received. The rooms are small but clean.

The hotel is very good, excellent serving their guest, they are very available even night and day. The room is very clean and for just one person they give a semi dual size bed. The Foods are delicious, after you wake up in the morning a good foods and hot and cold drinks they will serve you at buffet type. Eccelente e mi sono soddisfatto grazie mille.
