The pictures on the website was nowhere near our room. Service and breakfast was bad. Shower was rusty. Curtains were broken. We slept on two single beds that were bad and squeaky despite booking a room with a double bed. List goes on... WOULD NOT RECOMEND, NO MATTER THE PRICE!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It was a rip off and a total waste of money. Totally misrepresented on ******* and the pictures are a total lie. It looks horrible in person. Our room was in the attic and had leaking pipes. The staff was rude and the room was extremely dirty and felt unsafe. The front desk guy, Fabio, was unhelpful. I would advise to stay somewhere else even if it cost you a little extra. It was my first time in Milan and I hated everything about it but most of it is the hotel. The utensils were dirty and the cups smelled bad. Overall, extremely dirty and would never go back or recommend it for anyone I know or don’t know. This doesn’t even qualify as a 1 star hotel.

The structure doesn't look bad, but unfortunately, at least the room where we stayed, it was in terrible condition, very uncomfortable beds, I think those mattresses are centuries old, disappointing bathroom, hairdryer that didn't work well with the schocht, forgettable, I'm sorry to say, could do more!!

Stanze sporche, bagni con oggetti gia usati (sapone aperto) mura rotte, aria condizionata rotta, finestra fradicia in piena estate con 40°. La persona alla reception arrogante, maleducata, ci ha fatto pagare e dopo le nostre lamentele non ci ha neanche restituito l'importo (solo grazie a Booking ho recuperato i soldi) abbiamo lasciato l'albergo (se così si può dire) 10 minuti dopo essere entrati e siamo stati costretti a cercarne un altro. Le foto parlano sole, una BLATTA morta sotto al letto. DA DENUNCIA.
