The hotel rooms that face the outside are so bothersome by the outside noise that it is very difficult to sleep, however, they are very friendly and will change your room if there is availability.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The Duomo and Galleria were only a 15 minute walk away. Multiple tram routes provided easy access around the city. Tram Route #9 connected the hotel direct to Milan Central Railway Station.

Great location, great staff, good breakfast. Big no no with mold, the room smelled very strongly of mold. We looked around and found it covered by the curtains. Very glad we were only booked for 1 day, couldnt have stayed any longer
