To be honest, I had no expectations at all. Despite this, the access was good and the facilities were clean, so I was disappointed in a good way. The exterior of the building is old, and there were some concerns, such as the cheapness of the balcony. The interior has been renovated, so it's generally clean and compact. If you don't mind the smallness of the single bed or the narrowness of the room, you should be able to have a satisfying stay. This is the most cost-effective hotel in this area, and you will find it easy to use as a Japanese business hotel. Also, the restaurant across the street is delicious, so it's a recommended point in that sense as well. I think I'll probably repeat it in the future.

The location was also very good near the Duomo. I went to the Duomo three times, once in the morning and once at night. Anyway, the location is really good. There is one from the main street, but it is safe and I would like to use it next time. The room was small, but it was clean and had an automatic card lock. It was a fun stay where I forgot my toothbrush and they showed me where to buy it even late at night, and they took great care of me in many ways.

European hotels are basically small in size with outdated facilities and relatively expensive prices, but travel is still convenient

整體感覺正常，不過沖涼房10分淺窄和細小。如果身形比較龐大的人難以轉身。不過勝在地理位置比較好，10分近步行去景點。但是隔音10分差，你會聽到隔籬房的沖涼聲

Great location and near to the Duomo and easy access to the metro and trenord. Rooms were a bit tight for 2 people but the courteous staff more than made up for that.

Clean property, great central location but what I liked the most is the very friendly staff. Great customer service! Torneremo presto!!! Grazie!!!

All staffs who I have communicated are really friendly and helpful. They tried to give me much information to enjoy during my stay.

The hotel is very small very uncomfortable for person of USA. However, the hotel is in a great area. the personal is amazing very friendly very helpful they make you feel in a great hotel. If i go to Milan I will go to the same hotel.

It was not clear that it was a shared bathroom. Rooms are out dated. Pictures where of rooms that where renovated.

Part of the hotel has been remodeled. We were register in a room with closet broken with not doors. There was not drawers during close to two weeks we have to maintain our clothes in suitcases. Wall paper torn. Bathroom tiny.

In side the room is not what I was expected. Carpet smells bad . Washroom is small . The shower extremely small one regular size adult person can not fit

The receptionist Amar made the entire stay. From checking in to checking out. Never have I ever had such a kind and great experience with great energy from a staff member - big star to him! //Bojan

A great little hotel in central Milan that was worth it. Their secret is Amar, who was an amazing concierge, barista, and bartender. He speaks many languages and was welcoming and friendly to all. Having such a positive person be the first person guests see is a great choice. FYI, hotels in Italy do not have irons in guestrooms so be prepared. I saw one guest (who was not Italian) get upset about this but Amar handled it with great aplomb.
