Hotel well located. Concierge very helpful. Only drawback was reception located on 3rd floor and had to carry bags up entrance stairs to get to extremely small lift. Room was comfortable and adequate but bed was on a circular base which made it awkward to get in and out of. There were cooking facilities but no tea towels or washing up liquid. Would certainly consider staying again.

I'm Hermes! I stayed in this amazing apartment to say the least! I was surprised by the room and the location of the hotel, but above all by the manager Marco, a very helpful and nice person. Even showing me a magnificent suite where I will definitely stay next time! I absolutely recommend it to everyone! Thanks so much again!

Good quality of Samsung TV system and shower booth together with new furniture.
On site parking is not available but nearby parking lot is easy to use. Somewhat difficult to find the entrance and lift. It will be better to put a sign to indicate the access towards reception desk.
It is recommended to arrange breakfast with corporations of restaurants.

Rooms were gorgeous. Location could not be better - literally a one minute walk from the Galleria, Duomo, etc. Plenty of parking garages nearby. Doors close and reception staff are off for the night, but you will have the codes to get in and staff helpfully provided their cell # for any emergencies. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Milan.
