Es una propiedad que en mi consideración, es para una estancia de 1, o max. 2 días. No tiene camas muy cómodas y el ruido se filtra muy fácilmente en las habitaciones.
Para salir y entrar tienes que dejar las llaves en recepción y notamos que cobran extra si uno quisiera encender el A/C. (en ningún lado de la reserva lo mencionan).
Por otro lado, considero que deben informar desde la reserva que tienen un gato como mascota. Aunque se sabe que aceptan mascotas, no es lo mismo a que un huesped lleve y se quede en su habitación, a que el lugar tenga una que esté por todos lados.
Por último, compartir que el personal nocturno fue muy muy amable en nuestra estancia.

一人旅でミラノで4日間使用したホテルです。
フロントは24時間対応でカタコトな英語で話しても通じたので凄いいい対応をして頂きました。
朝食はパンや、フレークをセルフで取り放題でした。
施設は外観は少し古っぽいのですが、内装はとても綺麗に整備されていて日本人の私が使っても何にも違和感を覚えませんでした。
お風呂とトイレが共用ですが、鍵をかけて使用すればなんにも問題なく、トイレもミラノで利用した中でいちばん綺麗でした。
シャワーは少し排水が遅くてずっと出しっぱだと水が溜まってしまうので、そこは自分で上手く調整します。
交通の面も非常に良く、ミラノ中央駅にも近いですし、自分はACミランの試合を見に言ったのですが、サンシーロ方面への駅も歩いて行けるところ駅から直結で行けて良かったです。

Auch wenn das kein Hotel ist, erwarte ich als Gast eine saubere, ordentliche, freundliche Unterkunft- was diese leider nicht war!
Möbel und Ausstattung ist alt oder gar nicht vorhanden.
Die Zimmer haben kein Bad sondern ein Gemeinschaftsbad! Dies sollte als Hinweis direkt in der Bezeichnung des guest houses deutlich ersichtlich sein und nicht irgendwo in der Beschreibung! Ich wäre nie auf die Idee gekommen, dass es sowas überhaupt gibt und zum anderen würde ich sowas nicht buchen! Die Fenster konnte man nicht vollständig schließen, somit war das kalt und laut- Lärm von der Tram, Hunde, brüllende Menschen , Umgebung und Baustelle. Leider nicht empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, für kein Geld!
Einziger Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof.
