Hotel Rafael

Very clean hotel, well located if you need to go to the San Raffaele hospital located opposite, 5 minutes walk away. Courteous staff, cozy, comfortable and clean room. I didn't try the restaurant, nor the breakfast.

Nice hotel, which could be made more welcoming, considering that it almost exclusively serves San Raffaele users. Nice, quiet room, clean, quality linen, soap dispenser, television, the phone doesn't work. Good breakfast included in the price, very sad hospital-style dinner menu, it didn't entice me

Prices have increased a lot in recent months. Rooms not cleaned well. Paid parking even if you stay in the hotel. Sufficient dinner at the restaurant. Food not up to the standard of the hotel. Very comfortable beds and well soundproofed rooms!!

The hotel located in front of the S. Raffaele and on the Milan ring road is comfortable and functional. I have been twice, in October and November, trying both a standard room and a suite. I must say that they are very clean, quality sheets and towels always new cotton, white duvet and white blanket.. index of cleanliness. One detail is the good toilet paper which is not the thin one but the rolls are consistent. Soaps with the dispenser. The staff are very kind and available to requests. I have the restaurant found it excellent because they know how to cook simple things very well using good quality products... in my case, since I wanted to eat clean and simple, they satisfied every request by making me, for example, a simple pasta with courgettes and parmesan or fresh tomato. The cleanliness is noticeable also in the restaurant and breakfast room, for the new crockery, the disposable tablecloths, the shiny glasses, the waiters always in uniform and clean. The breakfast is varied, branded products, Lavazza coffee, fresh milk, coffee, barley, etc. cakes , croissants, jams, honey, Nutella on tap, cereals, fruit, dried fruit, fresh bread, fruit puree, normal and Greek yogurt, eggs and bacon and frankfurters, cold cuts, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, drinks, juices, etc. etc. Ample parking. Convenient for the hospital but also not bad for events to be reached by car, taxi or by means of transport reachable by train. 15 minutes from the central station. Large garden, bar, relaxation lounge. The only criticism is the 'air conditioning too high close to summer. Highly recommended.

Basic hotel, quite clean and organised. Friendly staff. The only flaw is the high air conditioning, especially where you eat and in the corridors. A lot of people have to stay for trea**ent at S. Raffaele and so they get sick!!! The restaurant is discreet and clean. At breakfast in the room the cappuccino is not espresso. If they turn down the air you can stay.

Hotel that pretends to be a 5 star but is actually classified as 3 star.
