The room is very modern and convenient, and the hotel will use social software to communicate in advance. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Milan Cathedral, 2 minutes from the arcade, and 3 minutes from the subway station. The location is very good. Not noisy at all at night.

This is the first review for this hotel. The service is really excellent. The staff are very attentive and pay attention to details. They are very enthusiastic. Every time I go to the front desk, I ask if I want something to drink. Before leaving, there are slippers, make-up remover wipes and cotton pads in the room. The drinks in the mini bar are almost 1 euro cheaper than the outside... I don't know how to boast.

When traveling through Italy, we stopped in Milan at the Street Hotel Milan. The location is amazing, downtown near the Cathedral and the Castle. First of hall, the Hotel is really small. I cannot define it “Hotel”, as it has only 9 rooms. I would have expected the rooms to be better furnished and equipped: wonderful design, but very little comfort. Overall, the hotel is very good. However, the sound proofing in the rooms is very poor. The walls were so thin that I could hear the next room walking around, opening doors and watching television. Noise from the hallways is also an issue. It was not an impressive or memorable stay at this Hotel in Milano. The customer service was also lacking as we connected with the front desk staff many times and throughout my interactions only staff person was actually nice and helpful while the others barely did their job and barely provided any support. I would suggest the management to take more care of the guests, considering the very high rates (terrible value for money).
