While waiting for a meeting on the construction site with the DL of CityWave, a colleague and I decided to look for a place to have a coffee. Attracted by the interesting decor, I approached the entrance and was immediately greeted by an extremely friendly person, probably the director of the facility, who asked me how he could help me. Asking if this was a good place for a coffee, noticing the counter with a coffee machine, I received a "sure, come along" reminder. The coffee was excellent, accompanied by a delicious croissant and the unexpected courtesy of two bottles of water. When I asked to pay, they replied with a smile: "Don't worry, next time". Amazed, only when I went out did I realize that I was in a hotel lobby. They could have simply told me that breakfast was for guests only, but instead they demonstrated a rare and much appreciated brilliance and sense of hospitality. Other reviews may give you an idea of the rooms and amenities, but it is the uniqueness of the management and staff, believe me, that makes the difference.
