Hotelli oli päällisin puolin hyvässä kunnossa ja siisti. Kylppärissä hieman "roiskeita" tms. Sänky mukava, miinuksena parisängyssä vain yksi peitto, sekä sisäänkirjautuessa huoneeseen sai vain yhden avainkortin, pyydettäessä varmasti oisi saanut toisen, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.
Aamiainen hyvä, paljon hedelmiä, leipää ja muroja. Hotellilta hyvät yhteydet keskustaan. Matka-aika noin puolisen tuntia. Huoneessa jääkaappi, johon siivoja joka käy kerrapäivässä tuomassa 2 vesipulloa ja 2 vishyoulloa ja sinne mahtuu myös omia eväitä ja kauppa parinminuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Muista huoneista kuuluu muiden puhe, muttei häiritsevästi ja hotelli mukavan rauhallinen.

I was staying in this hotel March 12th-13th and only after 10 days back home I realized that I have left in the hotel room Bottega Veneta small bag with Celine purse inside. I contacted hotel front desk and immediately received answer that that my bag was found. It was immediately packed and sent me back with the currier. Thanks Monica (front desk) and all the housekeeping staff for your attention, honesty and kind collaboration.

Ero già stato in questo albergo per il ponte dell'Immacolata, ci sono tornato lo scorso fine settimana (23-24 marzo) con amici in occasione della Stramilano. In entrambe le occasioni ho apprezzato la perfetta organizzazione dell'albergo, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, la bolta della colazione, oltre ovviamente alla pulzia dei locali comuni e delle camere.

Hotel estremamente silenzioso, si dorme veramente bene (ho trovato il letto particolarmente comodo). Ho trovato il personale molto cortese e sollecito. Mi aspettavo una maggiore comodità per quanto riguarda la posizione della struttura (anche se c'è una fermata del tram veramente vicina). Per quanto riguarda la colazione inclusa, forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di più (ma comunque buona colazione nel complesso).

Ottimo albergo, camere piccole ma funzionali e pulite. Non è vicinissimo alla M ma comunque è ben collegato con la Stazione, il Duomo, il Centro. Abbiamo usufrito delle sale x lavoro con supporto tecnico, tutto ben funzionante. Anche i coffee break sono stati apprezzati.

Frühstück reichlich mit guter Auswahl, jedoch nur bis 10:30. Man hat uns gebeten zu gehen.
