I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel , I can advise that Trip.com should update the photos as they are out of date and the hotel appears to have been refurbished since the pics were taken. The hotel is more modern now. The room had everything I needed including a fridge. Reception is 24hrs and you must leave the keys at the fd every time you leave which is actually quite convenient. Upon check out , the hotel staff kindly let me check put an hour late without any penalty , many thanks for a pleasant stay.

Difference. It won't be a 3-star hotel, it will be a hotel.
Couldn't charge because the wall socket was broken and the refrigerator wasn't working.
The Wi-Fi is poor and it is basically impossible to access the Internet.
There is no air conditioning, so you have to open the window to sleep.
Breakfast is ready-made and you can pick it up yourself.

Moreover, the sanitation was really worrying. At that time, I considered that it would be convenient to park my car to visit friends who live nearby. It was impossible to temporarily book a hotel with parking, so I made do with it for one night. Breakfast options were minimal and there weren't any hot dishes. The breakfast room is in a ba*****t and is very crowded.
It would go on my list of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

We are certainly not entirely happy with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were good, just enough to spend two nights in Milan, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to its location. It is quite far from the center although it has good connection with buses, I do not recommend a night pass in the area. On the other hand, we booked with breakfast included and it was very disappointing, without a doubt it is something that should be improved.
I would recommend paying a little more money for accommodation in a better area and closer to the center.

Location is great if you take train and walk to the hotel it isn’t far. breakfast buffet is pretty small but overall is great. We had to ask to come look at our room since the AC wasn’t work properly and the front desk guy( not the one we checked in with who was very nice) was pretty upset to have to come and check for us. But everything else is great!

The area around the hotel seemed unsafe. If it had been a few blocks further from the center, I think the atmosphere would have been very different. The heating didn't work and it was cold. The room had nothing but the basics. The building was old.
