The hotel is in a good location, downtown. It's very easy to get there, just walking distance. The hotel room was small, the bed was small, and the stay was not very comfortable. Breakfast is average, with few varieties but all available.

Really poor hygiene, 80s hotel with carpet everywhere. Very dusty and with equipment that I hadn't seen since I was a child. I attach photos of the tub full of hair. Terrible.

Siamo molto lontani dallo standard di un 4 stelle (sicché anche la tariffa pagata è del tutto ingisutificata). Una struttura molto vecchia, che ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione, con camere dagli arredi anni 70 e una colazione con fette di pane raffermo. Note positive: stanza pulita (ma con un tanfo terribile di detersivi o disinfettanti) e buona collocazione.

Pessime condizione , hotel molto sporco e gestori praticamente menefreghisti. Vorrei invitare ai gestori a controllare meglio il livello di pulizia in particolare modo dei LETTI inviti a non rispondere o a mettere in dubbio quanto scritto ho delle prove ben che evidenti!

In a beautiful hotel that has seen splendor but in other eras. It could use a good "freshening up". Broken frames, neon lights and very narrow showers. The apparently clean and fragrant room reserved a nasty surprise: I had to suppress some Bed Bugs.

We received a panettone and a wine from friends. The reception should have informed us about this. They put it in the storage room, did not give it to us or inform us about it. When we left the hotel, our friends asked us if we had received anything. My answer was surprisingly no. I called the hotel and told them about it. The hotel told us that our friends could get the panettone and the wine. They should have called beforehand. Our friends did that, but the panettone and the wine disappeared without a trace. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Location:
Close to a metro. It is a shame there are few shopping opportunities. But the city is still easy to reach.
