We had a great stay at Kleos. It had everything we look for in a hotel. Modern and spotlessly clean room with a great bathroom. The reception was open 24 hours and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. There is a bistro on site and tastefully decorated sitting area. The location is great, very close to a metro station, as well as tram and bus stops. Tram number 5, which stops just around the corner was very convenient for the train station. The metro was running till later (00:40) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However, there are a couple of busses that run after the metro stops. They were fast and easy to use. You can just tap your card to pay ( please note that you have to use a different card for each ticket). Highly recommend the hotel and would happily return on our next trip.

The people who were staying in the room next to mine shouted from eleven in the evening, with even obscene noises, until three in the morning, when I demanded a change of room, which was granted to me, only after much insistence. Very nice hotel near the center of Milan, rooms although not too large, well furnished and functional, very new, friendly staff, the only flaw is there is no parking, but there is one nearby for a fee, Milan unfortunately yes, excellent value for money I would say. Advised
