Check-in is located at the address, but you have to wait until after 3:00 pm before someone opens the door to check-in. Maybe the two-bedroom apartment we booked has to go to another place 1.5km away. We booked it because it is close to the station, but we have to walk a Triangular, although there is another place 10 minutes away from the station, the apartment cannot use electrical appliances at the same time, and the boiler for water and laundry tripped, and it tripped 7-8 times in one night.

Property was not as advertised, we booked a two-bedroom and got a studio. Air conditioning was broken, cabinet doors were broken, and edges of cabinet top was duct-taped. This was a sad representation of the VRBO experience and you should not be satisfied with the ads represented by the ad.

Nie wieder. Check in konnte kein Englisch und dauerte 30 Minuten. Das Zimmer war dann 20 Minuten Fußweg wo anders.
Überall Schimmel in der Dusche.
WC katastrophal!

Warning!! This property is NOT what the pictures present when booking! We arrived at midnight after a full day of travel and location and entry were somewhat confusing. There was NO hot water to shower when we arrived!!! Bedding was stained and had hair on it—disgusting! Room is small and not appropriate for a family of 5. Management did not mention on booking site that if you check in after 8:00pm you will be charged an additional $50, and will have to take a taxi 10-15 minutes away from the facility to register and get the key. This is incredibly inconvenient and UNSAFE when you arrive at 11:00pm with a family. When we contacted management to cancel they refused!!! Management had no concerns about a family waiting over 45 minutes at the train station while a family member went to register, come back, and then walking at midnight to find an apartment in the dark! Terrible…Terrible…Terrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Before I write anything,I would like to inform you that it's more than 30 years' experience in tourism, but I have never ever seen such behavior .I took the flix bus from montpolier to Milan on the way, and the bus broke down. I sent them an a whatsap message to inform them that my arrival time will be a little bit late ..so they send a message in which they told me to pay a 50 euro extra service.i agreed but when I reached Milan I called them and they told you reservation is canceled without refund. So I was abandoned at midnight with my wife and my children. It took me two hours to find another hotel. My wife and my children were really scared .especially am from morocco, and it is my first time in Italy.
