We stayed in this hotel for a weekend, certainly a strategic position because it is located right on Corso Buenos Aires and a stone's throw from the Loreto metro stop. Having said that, the hotel is located inside a very normal apar**ent, the room quite shabby, poorly cared for and not even very clean. But the best is yet to come. On the last evening, when I returned to the room (I had left it in the morning and like every day they come to tidy up and "wash" the room), I noticed that 2 branded gift bags, purchased the previous day, were not there more. The cleaning ladies pocketed it. I called the reception and obviously after having denied, in vain, because of my insistence and my proving what was said with receipts and photos, they began with "yes, the envelopes were actually thrown away because they thought they were empty". Nothing, in the end I have to mourn both the money and the gifts, because obviously they didn't even think of compensating me in any way.
