+ The room was big and had a balcony, the stuff was good, good WiFi
- The room was very dirty (there were a lot of ants in the bathroom!!!), breakfast was poor and had only sweety things, it was cold in the room, the furniture was very old.

Good location, close to the metro, or 30-40 minutes walk from the center, friendly staff. It's cold in winter, the heating only worked at night and turned off at 3 o'clock, it was very cold until the morning.

Excellent stay! super clean and pleasant hotel; breakfast better than expected, small but of good quality; very kind and helpful staff; cozy room with large, practical and extremely clean bathroom. Hotel provides luggage storage service after check out (no extra fees) which was a great help!
If anything could improve, it would just be the bed, I wasn't particularly used to a harder mattress like the one in the hotel, for my taste a slightly softer mattress would make the experience even better.

The location is not good, it is far from the station, the room is good, but the water pressure is poor and the heat is not enough, the water is small, the luggage needs to be transferred twice, the breakfast only has bread and cakes, and there are few choices
